Tracy Hatfield is the CEO & Co-Owner of Social Snacks, a video strategy, production and execution company. Spending two decades working in TV Newsrooms for NBC, ABC and CBS, the Emmy-award winning content creator interviewed over 11,000 people to develop a guided-interview style and spent much of that time in the field acquiring organic and unconventional techniques to video production.
As editor in chief at Womensforum.com, an online women’s lifestyle magazine, Hatfield lead both editorial and video teams to deliver daily articles and videos across nine channels of content. She used her skills to create branded video campaigns for top companies like Campbell’s, Del Monte, PetSmart and Huggies while working alongside agencies like Starcom, Edelman and Kimberly-Clark.
Now as the co-owner of Social Snacks, Hatfield taps her bank of a skills to help major companies develop social and digital video strategies while the Snack Team produces videos that serve many masters at the same time from social to e-commerce to consumer outreach.

Kayla Flam is the COO and Co-Owner of Social Snacks a video strategy, production and execution company. A decade working on small production crews in news and in specialty markets, including the pet industry, Flam has learned how to not only get what is needed while on set, but has developed the skill to know what will be needed later.
Flam was responsible for producing daily video content at Womensforum.com while working with the production teams to create branded campaigns for CPG companies. This time in the trenches honed Flam’s editing skills for speed while time in the edit suite have sharpened her ability to shape a story organically. Flam has always been a speed-demon in the editing booth, but it is her time in front of the camera producing and hosting a daily web series for the women’s lifestyle website that gives her an extra unique point of view when it comes to being “on” camera and delivering visually-led video content on a schedule.
The Emmy-nominated videographer leads the production arm of Social Snacks to create a signature style of producing, editing and delivering multiple videos from a single production with versions for every channel to feed all of the various digital platforms. The motto for the Snack team is highly-watchable, highly-shoppable content that connects!
